Blair Tom is the Assistant Director of The Muskingum County Library System.
Blair participates in many community organizations including Daybreak Rotary member, Chamber of Commerce Board member, United Way of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties Board member, United Way Investment Committee Chair, Zanesville Downtown Association Committee Chair, PURE Board member, Community Impact Team member, West Muskingum Academic Fund Committee member, Ohio Library Council, American Library Association. His brings some dance experience to Dancing with the Divas from past involvement with community theatre.
