David is a lifetime resident of Zanesville, Ohio. In 1977 at the age of 12, David started working for his parents, Jean and Arlin Frame at City Tire. After, attending The Ohio State University David came home to Zanesville to work in the family business. 40 years later, David is the President of City Tire in Zanesville. He is also President of City Tire NE Ohio, Vice-President of Buckeye Tire in Cambridge, on the National Board for Tire Pros and the past President and current board member of the Ohio Tire and Automotive Dealers Association.

His community involvement includes TKE Fraternity, Past Zanesville YMCA Piranha Swim Coach, Daybreak Rotary, The Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio, Lafayette Lodge, Scottish Rite, Armrou Grotto, Fraternal Order of Police, past John Glenn Superintendent Advisory Committee, Past Big Brother/Big Sister board member, Ohio EPA Scrap Tire Task Force member.

He is married to Tracy Wells Frame and they have a daughter Katie, a junior at John Glenn High School. David and his family enjoy spending their weekends riding in All American Quarter Horse competitions all over with their 2 Quarter horses Jane and Zoey.

David has no previous dance experience besides Social Dance classes with Mrs. Linn.

David is dancing for Allies for Independence; whose mission is to mobilize wounded veterans by raising money for customized all-terrain mobility devices to help them regain their independence.
