dancing for Genesis Cancer Services
Mike lives in Zanesville with his wife Lisa and has three wonderful children. The oldest, Tom, serves in the Navy. Their other son Matt is attending the University of Cincinnati and daughter Hannah attends Ohio University. Mike is employed by Genesis Healthcare System as the Credit Union Manager.
Mike is excited to be a part of Dancing with the Divas and raising money for a charity that is dear to him. His mother passed from cancer years ago. She was an avid music lover and would be proud of him for stepping out of his comfort zone to dance with Debbon. The money he raises for the Genesis Cancer Center will help provide exceptional care to members of our community. Mike has no previous dance experience.
Fun Fact: Mike is proud to be a member of the Muskingum Valley Old Timer’s Association Baseball Hall of Fame and the Perry County Baseball Hall of Fame with his dad. Mike graduated from Sheridan High School where he excelled in basketball and baseball. Mike had a High School career of 33 Home Runs, which continues to be a school and MVL record to date! This places him 12 th in the State of Ohio for career home runs. Mike graduated from the University of Toledo where he was a multi-year Captain of the baseball team and all Mid American Conference Athlete.
