Sr. Data Architect for the State of Ohio and ZCT Actor
Matthew Swingle’s day job may be for the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation as a Sr. Data Architect, but in his spare time he can be found performing in local community theater. He’s done shows with Zanesville Community Theatre and Zane Trace Players at The Renner. Matthew also likes to travel, with Palm Springs and Key West as 2 of his favorite places.
Matthew’s charity is Zanesville Community Theatre – a great organization that not only provides fun quality entertainment for the community but provides a space for artistic kids and adults to express themselves. The theatre is preparing for a capital initiative to raise funds to repair and preserve the theater building. Preserving the historic building in the heart of the McIntire neighborhood will allow it to continue to offer education and entertainment for be community.
Matthew lives with his partner Rob Cook in Zanesville with two spoiled cats and one spoiled dog. They are excited for their son’s graduation this Spring from Ohio University in Athens.
