WHIZ Weekend Meteorologist
Ross Damon Caruso is the weekend Meteorologist at WHIZ TV. Ross, originally from Grove City, PA, graduated with a degree in Meteorology in the Spring of 15 from Penn State University. He has always had a strong interest in the weather and started doing his first on TV forecasts for his high school news station.
Ross spends his free time working out, being active and helping coach CrossFit classes at Crossfit Contour in Zanesville. With any extra free time, he likes to go home and see his parents and grandparents back in Grove City. His hobbies include cooking, watching netflix, eating large pizzas by himyself, and saving as many animals as he possibly can. Having grown up with 5 dogs and 5 cats, he’s always had a soft spot for animals. One day Ross hopes to open up his own animal rescue facility (the reason he selected the animal shelter as his charity).
