Taylor grew up in Sonora, Ohio and now lives in Nashport with his wife Melinda and their cat-child Mai Tai. Taylor graduated high school from Bishop Rosecrans and received his Bachelor’s in Business and Communications from Ohio University Zanesville and currently works for PCC Airfoils LLC in Crooksville, Ohio as an Environment Health & Safety Engineer. He is also a long time member and Vice President of Zanesville Jaycees, an organization that fundraises and donates back to our community with well known events like Stars and Stripes on the River.
In his free time, Taylor is a Stand-Up Comedian and has been performing locally for over 14 years. He has performed at the Funny Bone and Secrest Auditorium where he opened for Don Jamieson & Henry Cho. Taylor also hosts local Amateur Comedy nights where anyone can enter for a chance to be voted best comedian of the night and win a cash prize.
Taylor met his beautiful wife at her place of employment, Muskingum County Board of DD (Starlight) while helping at a charity event where he volunteered as a judge for Starlight Idol (local version of American Idol). After dating for two years, Taylor proposed on stage at the conclusion of a charity event for Hospice (Follies Family formerly Zaney Follies). In front of a crowd of over 800 people, Taylor got down on one knee and pulled out a Ring Pop that hit the ground and Melinda went chasing after it. Taylor said “good thing that’s not the real one” as he pulled out the real ring, Melinda said “YES!!!” and the crowd cheered. They were married in Saint Thomas Virgin Islands on Sept. 3rd 2015.
When asked about his dance experience Taylor answered “it usually takes a few adult beverages to get loose … but after that watch out!”
Taylor chose Genesis Breast Care Center as his charity to raise money to help those patients in need. Taylor has been passionate about raising funds for this charity since 2011 when his mother passed away after a two year battle. He has raised money each year in hopes that others do not have to lose someone so close to them at such a young age.

You can also get your mammogram in the HealthPlex – right across from the Breast Care Center. We offer digital mammography technology with 3-D tomosynthesis. The center is recognized by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers and a designated Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology. Weekly breast cancer conferences are held with a team approach involving surgeons, oncologists, nurse navigators and other staff to coordinate your care. Our goal is to ensure you receive the highest quality of breast care.
Our fellowship-trained breast surgeon, general surgeons, medical oncologist, radiation oncologists, radiologists and reconstructive surgeons can diagnose and provide advanced treatment for a variety of cancers and benign breast conditions.
