Brian Wagner was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Muskingum College with a degree in Communications. He spent 25 years in Broadcasting, holding various positions, such as a radio morning show host, account executive, program director, and news director. His final job in Broadcasting was as Media Operations Manager for the WHIZ Media Group. In this position he was responsible for overseeing all programming aspects for three radio stations and an NBC TV station. He was co-anchor and meteorologist for WHIZ TV’s “Live at Noon” for 19 years.

Brian was a 20-year volunteer with the Muskingum County Community Foundation, serving as a member of the Board of Trustees, and as the inaugural President of the Muskingum County Community Foundation Council, before leaving the WHIZ Media Group in September of 2014, to become the Foundation’s CEO. Brian and his wife of 28 years, Christine, have a son Brian Matthew (26) and a daughter Lizzie (23).

Brian tap danced with his partner, LeAnne in Season One of Dancing with the Divas. He also occasionally dances at weddings after a few adult beverages. He loves to travel, play golf poorly, and spend time with his family. Brian sings in the St. Ann’s Choir on Sundays. He used to talk to interesting people for a living!
